Terms of purchase

1. The service

WebVitalist (“the service”) delivers an automatically generated analysis of one publicly available website. The analysis is based on technical measurements (including Google Lighthouse) and assessments from a language model, and is delivered as a report on the website and by email.

2. Price and payment

Prices start from $9 per report including VAT, and are paid in advance via Stripe. We do not store card details. Prices may change, but never for a purchase that has already been completed.

3. Delivery

The report is normally produced within a few minutes of payment and sent to the email address you provided at checkout. The report link is valid for at least 12 months.

4. Right of withdrawal and refunds

The report is digital content delivered immediately. By paying you consent to delivery starting at once, and the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Cancellation Act § 22 (n) ends once the report is delivered. If we cannot analyse the website, we refund the full amount. If you are unhappy with the report, reply to the receipt within 14 days and we will find a solution.

5. Liability

The report is automatically generated advice and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for decisions made on the basis of it. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid.

6. Your use

You may only order analysis of websites you are entitled to have analysed. We fetch only publicly available content and do not submit forms or data to the site being analysed.
